Alicia is a principal at Deloitte, where she serves as Chief Commercial Officer of Sports and the Women’s Sports Leader, driving growth and innovation at the intersection of sports, business, and culture. In these roles, she focuses on expanding Deloitte’s presence across the sports ecosystem while accelerating investment, visibility, and commercial opportunity in women’s sports.
Alicia previously served as Chief Marketing Officer for Deloitte Consulting in the US, leading the go-to-market strategy and overseeing an integrated marketing organization across brand, creative, content, digital, and communications. She also held the role of Chief Marketing Officer of Deloitte Digital, where she built and scaled a global marketing function and helped position the business as a leading creative digital consultancy delivering measurable, data-driven growth.
Prior to Deloitte, she founded Banyan Branch, a pioneering social media agency acquired by Deloitte in 2013. She began her career at Microsoft, where she was on the launch team of the first XBOX, and lead franchise strategy for the blockbuster Halo video game.
