Deloitte-Oxfam peer mentoring program

Making an impact that matters

The Deloitte-Oxfam peer mentoring program was established to add another productive dimension to our national community partnership with Oxfam Australia.

The concept is to facilitate a rich exchange of ideas and experiences between professionals from a not-for-profit (Oxfam) and a commercial organisation (Deloitte) respectively.

Deloitte director, sales and pursuits, Cameron Menzies and his fellow mentee from Oxfam Eleanor Jackson forged a strong mutually beneficial engagement. Their professional mentoring relationship continues. The Oxfam mentoring program is one of a suite of mentoring programs to provide our people with diverse and valuable leadership development experiences. In 2018, opportunities are also available through CanTeen, The Smith Family and City East Community College (Sydney).
