Tanya commenced her career as a hospital clinician working in large tertiary hospital setting with a depth and breadth of experience from intensive care and acute medical and surgical wards. She brings local, national and global health and consulting experience and expertise to her leadership role in health across different jurisdictions and operating environments. She has worked across large scale complex programs from digital health adoption, productivity and operational transformation through to commissioning of new hospitals. Tanya has a passion and commitment to better health and well-being outcomes for all Australians through a world class health system and to growing the next generation of Deloitte leaders in Health.
