Nicole White

Nicole is a partner in Deloitte’s Human Capital Practice based in Sydney Australia. She transitioned from being CEO & Founder of a boutique digital learning agency, The ID Crowd to join Deloitte’s Workforce Transformation in 2022. Nicole is excited to use her 10 years of experience running a small business, and 20 years in the learning and development industry to help Deloitte’s customers drive real change through their learning experiences. Holding a Masters Degree in Adult Education (Digital Learning), Nicole brings strong instructional design skills and creative thinking, combined with a passion for taking the time to build strong and meaningful relationships with all levels of the design process to ensure great design has space to happen.

Nicole has worked with multiple leading organisations in Australia and around the globe including finance, energy, not-for-profits, government, consumer and social media.
