Matt is an Enabling Area Partner and has over 25 years’ of leadership, project management and consulting experience. His specialisation is in IT led business transformation. Matt currently leads the Enterprise Program Office for the Australian firm, which is responsible for enterprise project portfolio analysis, prioritisation, investment decision support, demand management and the establishment and enforcement of program standards, performance monitoring and benefits realisation.
Matt chairs the ServiceNow Platform Steering Committee, which governs the internal use of ServiceNow within Deloitte Australia.
Matt is a member of the Deloitte Asia Pacific Portfolio and Project Management Community of Practice, the Deloitte Australia Project Management Collaboration Community and the Enterprise Change Management Collaboration Community.
Matt holds a Bachelor degree from Victoria University and a Master of Information Systems Management degree from Swinburne University.
