Matthew provides governance, risk management consulting, and assurance services to a wide range of complex organisations in Australia. He has led the delivery of these services to some our major clients and regularly works with boards, executive teams, project executives and regulators on risk management and control improvements.
Matt enjoys working with companies to develop or strengthen their capabilities in all aspects of governance, risk and assurance across the three lines of defence including development of policy and frameworks, facilitating risk and control assessments, designing reporting solutions and collaborating with clients to develop practical sustainable solutions.
He has over 35 years’ experience across a broad range of sectors but most recently he has focused on the public sector, financial services - insurance and energy industries.
