Jonathan is a Tax Partner of Deloitte’s Melbourne office in Australia. In January 2021, he returned from 5.5 years leading the Australian desk in the International Core of Excellence at Deloitte’s New York office during a period that saw the emergence and intersection of generational international corporate tax reform in the US, Australia and across Europe.
Using the skills gained from over 20 years working with and learning from some of the largest multi-nationals and skilled specialists and experts around the world, Jonathan provides Australian tax advice to global organisations on the changing corporate tax environment, the tax challenges of digitalisation, and the effects of Australian BEPS measures such as MAAL, DPT and hybrid mismatches on supply chains, cross-border financing and organizational structures.
