James is a private equity specialist and has over 12 years’ experience providing tax advisory services to clients on a broad range of transactions, including tax due diligence and tax structuring services.
James has also worked closely with investee companies over a number of years to assist with implementation and ongoing compliance matters in order to provide end-to-end transaction services and maximise value on exit.
He also has experience in implementing a range of management incentive plans.
