Frank is a senior Forensic partner and is passionate about the security and justice sector. He has twenty years' experience in risk management and over thirty years' experience in investigation and mitigation of crime and misconduct.
Frank joined Deloitte in 2004 and was based in Sydney until 2016, when he relocated to the Czech Republic. After three years building the largest Forensic practice in Central Europe, Frank relocated to Brisbane.
Prior to Deloitte Frank was a senior investigator with the NSW Police Integrity Commission on secondment from the Australian Federal Police, where he had twelve years as a Federal Agent investigating organised crime, transnational fraud, and police corruption.
Frank has worked in most jurisdictions in South East Asia, China, Japan and Korea. He assisted many public and private sector organisations respond to suspicions or allegations of bribery and fraud, and assess and manage the risks of Financial Crime.
