David manages the firm’s Operations Transformation business within Deloitte and has deep specialisation in service transformation and operational strategy within the financial services sector. His experience covers operations excellence, automation, digitising and re-engineering customer and staff journeys, and operating model and other labour strategies such as offshoring and outsourcing. David has over 25 years’ experience in both services and engineering-based industries in Australia, the US, and throughout the Asia Pacific region.
