Orsolya Hegedüs is a Partner in Deloitte Austria’s Strategy &
Transactions practice and a recognized expert in Due Diligence. In addition to her client work, she leads Deloitte Austria’s Clients & Industries function, helping shape the firm's market strategy and industry priorities.

Originally from Hungary, Orsolya earned degrees in Business Administration in Vienna and Budapest before beginning her professional career in controlling and later audit. Since 2005, she has been advising clients on domestic and international M&A transactions, leading Due Diligence and Transaction Services engagements across a wide range of industries.

Her particular focus is on cross-border transactions, where she supports organizations in navigating complex strategic and financial challenges.

Albert Hannak is the Head of Corporate Finance at Deloitte Austria and brings more than 25 years of experience advising clients on M&A
transactions, corporate finance matters, and complex restructuring projects. He serves as Chairman of Deloitte Austria and is a member of the Global Executive Committee of Deloitte Corporate Finance Advisory.

Throughout his career, Albert has advised multinational corporations, family-owned businesses, and SMEs across a wide range of industries, including hospitality, consumer products, industrial manufacturing, and real estate. His particular focus is on complex cross-border transactions, large-scale restructurings, and strategic growth initiatives throughout Central and Southeastern Europe. Albert has led some of the region’s most significant M&A and restructuring engagements and is recognized by Merger Market among the Top 50 M&A Financial Advisors in Europe.

Bernhard Hudernik is a Partner at Deloitte with extensive experience in M&A, corporate restructuring, and valuation services. Since joining the firm in 2002 and becoming a Partner in 2010, he has advised clients on a broadspectrum of strategic transactions and business transformation initiatives.

His expertise covers distressed and non-distressed M&A transactions,
with particular experience across the automotive, consumer, and building materials industries. Over the course of his career, he has successfully led numerous restructuring and valuation projects, helping organizations navigate complex financial and operational challenges.

Bernhard has also been responsible for a wide range of corporate finance engagements throughout Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East, supporting clients in executing growth strategies, restructuring programs, and cross-border transactions.

Thomas Göritzer is a Partner at Deloitte Austria and has been with thefirm since 2002. He specializes in M&A and restructuring advisory, with a particular focus on manufacturing companies, especially in the machinery andindustrial equipment sector, as well as retail businesses.

Thomas is a Certified Tax Advisor and Certified Public Accountant and
serves on the Expert Committee for Restructuring Advisory at the Austrian Chamber of Tax Advisors and Public Accountants. His experience includes the restructuring of a publicly listed automotive company with liabilities exceeding EUR 1.5 billion, advising the insolvency administrator of a multinational real estate and retail group with liabilities of more than EUR 5 billion, and supporting restructuring projects for several real estate companies and a leading European DIY retail chain.
