What impact will you make?

As a (Senior) Manager within the Enterprise Technology & Performance team you will contribute to a growing and ambitious team. Deloitte Dutch Caribbean is the partner of choice for the most critical and complex digital transformations. Collaborating with associates from across Deloitte Enterprise Technology & Performance, our teams guide technology transformations for companies in a variety of industries, serving as the bridge between business and technology.

Our team is growing, therefore we are seeking future leaders who can immediately add value and enable the team to deliver services of the highest quality. You will work with and learn from top management within various sectors, contributing to the development of our team into the undisputed leader in Digital Transformations.

 

How do you do this?

  • Translate business strategy into innovative IT solutions for key IT/digital transformations.
  • Guide and advise clients to implement the latest technological developments in the market.
  • Guide complex digital & technological transformations, such as legacy transformations, cloud, Agile and DevOps, data science/data analytics and cyber security, from start to finish.
  • Draft and implement transformation plans.
  • Manage end-to-end projects or programs, including planning, execution, risk mitigation and stakeholder management.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high quality of work, and promoting the personal and professional development of team members.
  • Develop deep client relationships and expand our business within the public sector by identifying new business opportunities and cross-selling various services within Deloitte as a team.

In addition, you will collaborate with other Deloitte practices to deliver integrated solutions that maximize clients' business value. Within the internal organization, you will lead internal initiatives and mentor and coach (junior) colleagues. Also, you will contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing within the practice, by developing new methodologies, tools, and providing training.

Furthermore, for this vacancy (Senior) Manager Technology you have:

  • A Master's degree, courses with a strong affinity to IT & Business such as Business Information Management;
  • At least 6 years of relevant and demonstrable work experience, preferably in consultancy;
  • A robust professional network;
  • Experience in managing teams and leading projects and solid experience with political-administrative relations;
  • Demonstrable experience in leading complex transformation projects;
  • Ambition with commercial insight and entrepreneurial courage;
  • Purpose driven and an eye for challenges related to sustainability, while making an impact that matters;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • A team player mentality with excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbal and in written.
