As a (Senior) Consultant within the Enterprise Technology & Performance team you will contribute to a growing and ambitious team. Deloitte Dutch Caribbean is the partner of choice for the most critical and complex digital transformations. Collaborating with associates from across Deloitte Enterprise Technology & Performance, our teams guide technology transformations for companies in a variety of industries, serving as the bridge between business and technology.

Our team is growing, therefore we are seeking consultants who can immediately add value and enable the team to deliver services of the highest quality. You will work with and learn from top management within various sectors, contributing to the development of our team into the undisputed leader in Digital Transformations.

How do you do this? 

As a (Senior) Consultant Technology, you help (international) companies reshape their technology organization—the organization within clients under the CIO/CTO—and make it future-proof. You do this together with a team of Deloitte experts, working on intensive projects to solve the complex issues that occupy a CIO/CTO. In doing so, we help clients translate relevant developments in the market and in the field of technology into a specific and value-adding strategy. In addition, you will collaborate with other Deloitte practices to deliver integrated solutions that maximize clients' business value. Within the internal organization, you will contribute to internal initiatives and mentor and coach (junior) colleagues.

Furthermore, for this vacancy (Senior) Consultant Technology you have:

• A Master's degree, courses with a strong affinity to IT & Business such as Business Information Management;
• At least 3 to 6 years of work experience, preferably in consultancy;
• The mentality of a team player, with the customer and internally with colleagues;
• Excellent communication skills and analytical skills;
• The skills to structure effectively and devise solutions, and the will to realize them;
• Great passion for IT, which is reflected in your studies, committee, or work experience;
• A strong sense of responsibility and an ambitious and inquisitive mindset;
• Willingness to travel;
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbal and in written.
