(Sr.) Business Analyst Accounting & Reporting Assurance

As a (Sr.) Business Analyst, you apply what you learn in practice every day. We work for different clients, at various locations but are connected through our integrated resource planning and Deloitte collaboration tools and systems. As a (Sr.) Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to educate yourself by serving a variety of clients, active in different sectors and from different countries. Our team consists of a group of motivated colleagues within the Accounting & Reporting Assurance department, spanning the Caribbean and the Netherlands. Together we deliver high-quality audits and related services to our clients who are active in different sectors. As a (Sr.) Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself while serving these clients. You will gain in-depth insight into business processes and accounting processes.

• Through continuous development, training, and internal education;

You have the ambition to improve yourself and become an expert. You really want to try new things and keep learning. Additionally, you have the following:

• A completed academic education in Accounting or Business Economics;
• Up to two years of relevant work experience in a similar role;
• The skills of a team player;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Passion for the numbers and a clear motivation for the accountancy field;
• A healthy dose of humor and perseverance;
• Intrinsic motivation to learn from others;
• An excellent control of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
