What impact will you make?
As a Senior Assistant Finance, you are a crucial part of our Finance team. You’ll be central to month‑end closing, management reporting, reconciliations and continuous improvement of finance processes. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across departments and contribute to a strong financial foundation for the organization.
How do you do this?
- Execute monthly and quarterly close activities, including accruals, prepayments, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare, analyze, and review management reports, KPIs, and variance analyses for stakeholders.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate/resolve differences.
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles (data collection, validation, reporting).
- Maintain and improve finance process documentation and internal controls.
- Support transactional systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle) and Excel‑based analyses.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Performing administrative work and providing substantive support.
- Continuing to develop yourself.

Are you described as proactive? Are you someone who takes pride in delivering high quality? Then we are looking for you! Next to this, the following characteristics are also required:
- Completed MBO+/HBO education in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics or equivalent;
- You have at least 3 years in finance, accounting, or controlling;
- You have good knowledge of MS Office package and strong Excel skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and month‑end routines;
- Accurate, pro‑active and service‑oriented working style;
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
- Command of Papiamento is an advantage.
- You have strong communication skills;
- Team player with the ability to collaborate in an international and culturally diverse
- environment;
- Able to work independently, prioritize under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
