What impact will you make?

As a Receptionist, you are a crucial part of our office in Aruba. We pride ourselves on a professional, client‑focused office environment and are looking for a friendly, reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients.

How do you do this?

  • Welcome visitors and clients in a professional, courteous manner; manage visitors’ stay.
  • Operate the reception desk and telephone switchboard; route calls and messages accurately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Prepare and maintain meeting rooms (bookings, setup, refreshments, equipment).
  • Provide general administrative support: filing, scanning, basic data entry and document distribution.
  • Maintain the reception area and office supplies; place orders and liaise with suppliers as needed.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc requests from the Office Services team and other colleagues.
  • Manage airline, hotel, and car rental reservations.
  • Continuing to develop yourself.

Be the true you

Are you described as proactive? Are you someone who takes pride in delivering high quality? Then we are looking for you! Next to this, the following characteristics are also required:

  • Completed MBO+/HBO education.
  • Previous reception or customer‑service experience preferred.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office or equivalent) and comfortable learning new systems.
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written. Command of Papiamento is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional appearance and manner.
  • Organized, proactive and able to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work well in an international and culturally diverse environment.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility for occasional extended hours or evening meetings, if required.
