Help our clients with high-quality advice and support across Human Resources. At Deloitte.

What impact will you make?

As a Manager in our Human Capital team, you turn clients’ needs into tailored advice. You look beyond the initial brief to identify underlying needs and opportunities, proactively adding value and helping clients succeed.

You bring your expertise to a wide range of engagements, from complex advisory work and coaching to project management and temporary client assignments. Whatever the assignment, you are passionate about helping clients put their talent strategies into practice and make lasting change. Your work spans areas including employee experience, leadership development, organisational design, and change management.

You bring people together: guiding and coaching colleagues, building internal and external networks, strengthening client relationships and turning connections into commercial opportunities.

How do you do this?

  • Turn client needs into practical, tailored advice and support implementation, including on-site;
  • Work with teams across Deloitte on large-scale implementations and transformations, remotely or at the client’s premises;
  • Guide and coach junior colleagues and contribute to internal quality initiatives;
  • Share your expertise through technical sessions for colleagues and clients;
  • Take responsibility for business development: build and expand internal and external networks, identify commercial opportunities, prepare proposals and deliver client presentations;
  • Help shape the Human Capital team and our services by developing new offerings.

What's in it for you?

  • You’ll receive a profit-sharing bonus. On top of your fixed salary.
  • Continuous professional growth in the Dutch Caribbean.
  • Work part-time (32 hours a week) or full-time (40 hours a week).
  • Flexible working hours and locations.
  • A laptop and iPhone. The iPhone can be for personal use.
  • A time for time arrangement that creates flexibility for personal moments that matter.
  • A good pension scheme with personal options. For a comfortable future.
  • An opportunity to take part in our collective health insurance scheme.
  • An informal and pleasant working environment and culturally diverse colleagues.

Be the true you

You know how to inspire others and communicate complex ideas and analyses clearly. Above all, you feel confident being yourself. The real you. With your own strengths, perspective and personality. As a Manager, Human Capital, you also bring:

  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law or Business Administration;
  • At least eight years of relevant experience as an HR Adviser or HR Consultant within a commercial organisation or consultancy;
  • The ability to turn complex concepts, requirements and needs into clear advice or actionable plans, and communicate them to a wide range of stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills;
  • Experience leading teams and/or projects;
  • The ability to build and maintain a relevant client network, generate business opportunities and manage budgets;
  • Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English. Papiamento is an advantage.
