What impact will you make?

For the less experienced colleagues in your control team, you are the source of information and you help them so that they can perform maximum. We work for different clients and from different communities (Public, Private and Listed). Whatever community you work for, as a Junior Manager you act as the indispensable first point of contact. You are also the expert advisor in all phases of the control process.

 

How do you do this?

  • Drafting the service plan for the client, together with the Partners and Managers;
  • Identifying problem areas and risks at the client. And come up with concrete advice;
  • Determine to certain extent the control strategy;
  • Be responsible for the input required for internal and external reports for the client;
  • Auditing the complex items in the financial statements;
  • Reviewing the financial statements and ensuring that they meet all requirements.

  • A complete (Post) Master's degree in Accountancy, Controlling, Finance, or Economics;
  • Ambition to follow a further education (to RA or CPA) or you are already working on this training;
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience in audit firms;
  • Big4 experience is a plus;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English;
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to lead projects;
  • Purpose driven and an eye for challenges related to sustainability, while making an impact that matters;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills;
  • Intrinsic motivation to learn from others; and
  • The skills of a team player.
