As a Business Analyst, you will work together with the consultants and managers on projects. You perform in-depth analysis of historical results and balance sheet positions, but also future expectations (projections) of the company. You will especially be responsible for financial analysis and models, but will also assist with proposals and customer presentations.

How do you do this?

You will work for a wide group of national and international clients on the realization of projects in which you are often part of a multidisciplinary team:

• Performing financial due diligence across industries, including in-depth analyses of the historical financial performance and position of the company, but also of the future expectations (projections);
• Assisting in Upside analysis engagements, analyzing the operational efficiency of our clients.
• Assisting the team in Valuations, Capital Raising and Financial Modelling engagements.

You need the following qualifications for the position of Business Analyst Strategy & Transactions:

• A completed academic education in Finance and/or Economics supplemented by a relevant internship or one year of working experience in the field of Financial Advisory;
• Familiar with the dynamics of financial reporting and reporting (Profit & loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement);
• The skills of a team player;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Passion for the numbers and a clear motivation for the accountancy field;
• A healthy dose of humor and perseverance;
• Intrinsic motivation to learn from others;
• An excellent control of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
