As a Business Analyst, you will work together with the consultants and managers on projects. You perform in-depth analysis of historical results and balance sheet positions, but also future expectations (projections) of the company. You will especially be responsible for financial analysis and models, but will also assist with proposals and client presentations.

How do you do this?

• executing financial due diligence across industries;
• assisting the client by means of a financial due diligence, in which in-depth analyses are made of the historical financial performance and position of the company, but also of the future expectations (projections);
• assisting the client with Valuations, Capital Raising, etc.;
• you will work for a wide group of national and international clients on the realization of projects in which you are often part of a multidisciplinary deal team.

You need the following qualifications for the position of Business Analyst Strategy & Transactions:

• a completed university degree in Finance and/or Economics and 1-2 years of work experience in the field of financial advisory;
• experience in working in (small) teams / project groups;
• familiar with the dynamics of financial reporting and reporting (P&L account, balance sheet and cash flows);
• a strong understanding of Windows-based applications including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Work, and PowerPoint;
• an excellent command of the English language, spoken and written. Dutch and Papiamentu are an advantage.
