Junior Developer

What impact will you make?

Within our Digital Customer team we design and realize the digital sales and service options for our customers through industry-leading strategies and technologies such as Salesforce and MuleSoft. As a Junior Developer you gain experience in transforming business processes into technical solutions within Salesforce. You do this by writing code and by configuring, but also by fulfilling an advisory role towards the customer. In addition to the projects you do for the customer, you also participate in the Delivery Excellence Program, which consists of training courses, knowledge sharing sessions and certification options. 

This is how

• By delivering applications (e.g. user interfaces, sales and service processes, B2C and B2B communities, APIs, mobile apps, Einstein or Heroku);
• By using languages ​​such as Apex (especially Java), JavaScript, SQL, HTML and CSS;
• By capturing your work as part of our Continuous Integration and
  Continuous Development (CICD) process;
• By working in Agile teams to develop, deploy and test applications
  using Salesforce;
• By collaborating with the client and being involved in both functional and technical workshops to collect and document client requirements;
• By communicating challenges and improvements to the customer;
• By supporting the customer during and after the Go-Live.

You will share your expertise with colleagues in the Dutch Caribbean based out of Aruba / Curaçao. Our teams serve international clients all over the world.

For the role of Junior Developer, you also have:

• A diploma in higher/university education in the field of Computer
  Science, Software Engineering or (Technical) Computer Science;
• Experience with programming, preferably in Java and/or JavaScript;
• Knowledge of and experience with methods and techniques such as
  Salesforce, Force.com and Agile/SCRUM are a plus;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
