What impact will you make?

As a (Senior) Consultant Strategy & Operations, you advise clients on strategy development, process optimization and organizational transformation. You will contribute to the (re)design, transformation and improvement of vital client processes. Based on the business strategy, you will shape business processes as efficient and customer friendly as possible.

This is how

  • By developing business strategies, business cases and feasibility
    of new projects and endeavors, both in the public and private sector;
  • By translating business strategies to business models and operational
    models;
  • By leading (complex) transformation processes, change management,
    reorganizations and performance optimization;
  • By scanning organizations for efficiency, effectiveness and
    compliance;
  • By developing and implementing operational strategy, quality
    management systems and business process (re)design;
  • By supporting and coaching clients in realizing effective organizational
    change;

For the role of (Senior) Consultant Strategy & Operations, you also have:

  • A Master’s degree, preferably in (Technical) Business/Economics;
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems based
    on data analysis;
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant (consultancy) experience;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, both verbally and in writing. Papiamento is a plus.
