PJ Rivera is a principal and the Futures leader in Deloitte’s Government & Public Services practice. He has worked across the public and private sectors as public health leader in the federal government, global vice president at Marriott International (a Fortune 200 company), and as a consulting executive. To date, Rivera has led whole-of-government and other large-scale consulting transformations across four countries, multiple states, Native American groups, multiple Fortune 500 companies, and seven federal executive branch departments. He is an avid research and writer on employee engagement, executive team development, and the future of work in the public sector.
