I started as a human resources management and training specialist. My ambition is to contribute to further development and professionalization of Human Resources Management in the (Dutch) Caribbean and to provide true added value for clients. I have over 15 years experience with consultancy in the field of human resources management and strategy & operations in both the private sector and the public sector.
