Lucia Munoz, Partner – Human Capital | Deloitte Global

Lucia is a partner in the Human Capital Consulting Department of Deloitte Uruguay and a regional leader for Talent and Leadership practices.

She has a degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology and a graduate of the Postgraduate Specialization in Organizational Change and has more than 10 years of experience in Consulting. She is a teacher and head of chair at the University of the Republic of Uruguay for the chairs of Cultural Transformation and Organizational Change and gives classes in the Postgraduate Program in Organizational Transformation at UDELAR.

She has extensive experience in large-scale projects for the transformation of the organizational culture, transformation of Human Resources, change management, leadership, organizational diagnosis, redesign and description of HR processes and policies, both in the public and private sectors. In addition, she is part of the leading team of Deloitte's Global Culture practice, participating in the development of our methodologies and being a reference for culture projects throughout the world.
