Karsten Hollasch is a Partner at M&A transaction services based in Düsseldorf. His focus is on transaction services for corporate and private equity clients. He also has experience in national and international Due Diligence projects. He leads the global Private Equity sector and also has overall responsibility across all businesses for the private equity business at EMEA level since 2023. In addition, he was Head of the Consumer Business Industry segment at Deloitte Germany and DCE until 2023.
