Eric M. Monti

Eric is a principal in SAP practice with a focus technology lead, business transformations across consumer and industrial product companies. Eric has incorporated the latest cutting edge technologies like SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and SAP Leonardo applications to drive bottom line value through insight driven process and operational model re-design. He is currently the LCP at Dart Container and Old World Industries. Eric also co-led the U.S. Supply Chain Capability where Deloitte has been recognized as the #1 Partner with SAP in cloud bases solutions of SAP IBP and SAP Ariba. Eric led the development of the integrated supply chain platform DESC (Deloitte Exponential Supply Chain) which has led to multiple innovations that were co-developed with SAP and served as demos for potential clients.
