Elizabeth Faber is Deloitte’s Global Chief People & Purpose Officer. She is a member of the Deloitte Global Executive Committee and chairs the Global Talent, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Purpose executive teams.
In her current role leading Global People & Purpose, she collaborates with member firm and global business leadership, and the Global Executive Committee, to define the global People & Purpose agenda in service to all of our partners and people in our member firms. This agenda includes developing and executing strategies to deliver a distinctive and inclusive Deloitte talent experience across the globe and embedding our Purpose in all we do to drive significant positive environmental and social impact.
Elizabeth has been with Deloitte nearly 30 years. She most recently led People & Purpose for the Asia Pacific member firm, as a founding member of the first Asia Pacific Executive Committee.
She has been recognized on multiple occasions internally and externally as a strong advocate for Diversity & Inclusion and for her Human Resources leadership.
Elizabeth recently moved from Singapore back to the US with her husband of 30 years, and their two daughters, both born in China.
Elizabeth has an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and a BS from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
