Doug is the Deloitte Global Operate Leader. In this capacity, he is responsible for driving the growth of the Operate Business by working closely with other Deloitte Business, Industry, and Offering Leaders on go-to-market activities, developing market-leading assets and solutions, expanding Operate capabilities in key markets, enabling consistent, high-quality service delivery, and delivering impact for clients.

Deloitte Operate is a high-value, transformational business across Consulting, Tax & Legal, and Risk Advisory that delivers client impact by connecting solutions, driving continuous improvement, deploying innovation to critical business functions, processes, and technology platforms. Specific areas of focus include accelerating cloud-enabled IT modernization efforts, improving operational effectiveness, and managing an increasingly complex array of cyber risks and tax compliance requirements. Solutions include, but are not limited to, Foundry Services, Application Management Services (AMS), Cloud Management Services (CMS), Analytics as a Service, Global Tax Compliance, Global Mobility, Cyber Detect and Respond, and Identity Managed Services.

Prior to this role, Doug was the Deloitte Global Leader for the Enterprise Technology and Performance portfolio. He led a global team focused on sales and delivery of supply chain, finance, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformations with focus on digital solutions. Doug’s 30 years of consulting and industry experience includes driving large-scale global programs, developing new service offerings, and defining industry growth strategies. He is known for optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes and integrating operations with technology solutions to drive step-function performance improvement.

Doug earned a bachelor of sciences degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kansas State University and a master of science degree in Systems Analysis and Management from the George Washington University.
