Louise is a Tax Partner with Deloitte with over 20 years’ experience specialising in corporate and international tax. Louise led Deloitte’s Irish desk in New York during 2011 and 2012. She advises multinationals on investment into Ireland and group reorganisations, with a particular focus on companies in the technology and life sciences industries.
Louise works with Irish and foreign clients to determine the impact on their business of various international tax developments, such as, BEPS 2.0 and US Tax Reform developing solutions that align with the business. Louise is Deloitte’s global leader for IP propositions. She has significant M&A experience both from the buy and sell side. Louise is a regular author for the Irish Tax Review and BNA publications and is a regular speaker on international tax matters.
