Ramya is a Principal in Monitor Deloitte, Deloitte Consulting’s strategy practice. She co-leads the firm’s Consumer Loyalty offering and previously served as our US Hospitality sector lead. Ramya helps clients across B2C and B2B industries understand the disruptive trends impacting their business and architect transformational programs or offerings to address those forces. She focuses on the role intentional customer engagement and loyalty can play in driving enterprise growth, and how that cascades throughout an organization to enable success.
Ramya has served clients across a range of industries, including travel and hospitality, retail, consumer products, food, sports, manufacturing, and distribution services. Ramya joined Deloitte as part of the Monitor Group acquisition in 2013. Ramya received her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service.
