Esther Baaij

Esther has more than 15 years of experience in consulting government and non-government organizations in the Caribbean and the Netherlands, with strategic human capital, organizational design,  HR and organizational transformation, leadership and organizational development, engagement, and culture.

Esther has broad experience in connecting different stakeholders, developing strategies, and translating strategies into practical solutions. Furthermore in addition to her background in management consulting, she develops programs and provides training on various topics and has extensive experience as a project manager of large scale, complex projects and with the development and implementation of various HR Tools and talent acquisition e.g. (supervisory) board, c-suite and specialists.
