He has over 20 years of experience in consulting, leading large technology and organisational transformation programmes focused on change, business readiness, and capability-building. Currently based in South Africa, John focuses on expanding the Future of Work and Leadership Services offerings with a focus on digital transformation. He has built his career on developing customised, people-focused solutions and offerings that integrate with and support broader business transformation initiatives. John received his Master's in Clinical Psychology from the University of Witwatersrand.
