Chris is Deloitte's Global Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) Tax & Legal Leader. In his Global role, he works with tax professionals in all major geographies related to the ER&I industry.
With over 20 years’ experience, Chris is also the Oil, Gas & Chemicals (OG&C) Leader for Deloitte China and assists various OG&C companies around the world. In this role, he acts as the key global tax advisor to many of the world's largest international and national oil companies providing mergers and acquisition strategies, treasury strategies, and group reorganization solutions to achieve business and tax savings. Chris has led engagements on behalf of governing bodies in North America and Asia Pacific to analyze, compare, and make recommendations on how to improve their oil and gas taxation regimes and modernize their production sharing contracts.
