Amy Feirn is the US Managing Principal for Businesses and Global Services (BGS) and is responsible for Deloitte's services portfolio spanning four businesses and 170,000 professionals. Her focus is to ensure Deloitte’s investments, offerings, and transformation efforts are effective in driving the overall growth strategy of the firm in the US and globally. In addition, Amy serves on the Global DTTL Board of Directors.
One of Amy’s greatest attributes is her intrinsic ability to envision and drive complex organizational transformation. In an era where change is the only constant, she motivates teams to break the status quo and harness disruption as a force for good. Previously, Amy served as the Deputy CEO for Deloitte Consulting, and was responsible for scaling and delivering world-class solutions to drive client impact. She has spent her career advising clients in a number of industries including health care, consumer products, government, and financial services.
Amy holds an MBA from Louisiana State University, and an undergraduate degree from Rhodes College. She resides in New Orleans, is an avid college football and baseball fan, and general sports enthusiast. She enjoys traveling with family and friends, hiking outdoors, and maintaining an active lifestyle. Amy is an art and design buff, with a passion for supporting independent artisans.
