Deloitte’s “Linking Architecture” solution has received the 2011 Partner Innovation Award, from leading BPM vendor Software AG, which sets the stage for an innovative and promising market offering.

The “Linking Architecture” concept allows clients to structure and instantiate business, process, systems and people dimensions into a governable and commonly accepted operating model, supporting business transformation through improved transparency, a collaborative approach and more controlled execution.

By clarifying the connection between the different components of the operating model, it can perform more accurate impact analysis, especially when we talk about operational evolution and transformation around objectives, such as improving business agility, cost reduction or risk management and compliance.
“Linking Architecture” is a Deloitte solution powered by Software AG's ARIS platform, and makes best use of ARIS to model, publish and control a company's operating model, while simultaneously allowing for the alignment with the latest Deloitte Industry Print developments.

This prize was awarded in the conference attended by Cristina Gamito (Associate Partner), André Pedro (Manager) and João Fonseca (Senior Manager), all from the FSI-TI team.
