Luis Fernando has worked for the majority of his professional career in Arthur Andersen Asesores Legales y Tributarios (now Garrigues Abogados y Asesores Tributarios) where he was a senior manager specialising in the insurance and financial entities for more than 9 years.
Subsequently he held the post of general secretary and head of legal director in an insurance entity.
Currently he is the partner in charge of Deloitte Abogados y Asesores Tributarios and responsible of tax and legal services to insurance and financial entities of Deloitte Abogados y Asesores Tributarios.
Educational Background
BA in Economics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid as well as a Law degree from the UNED.

- Professor of the Degree in Actuarial and Financial Sciences at Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE)
