Danielle is a manager in Deloitte’s Organization & Talent practice, working with organizations to develop talent and change management strategies to drive business goals. During her seven years of consulting experience, she has managed and delivered change management, communications and training projects for large-scale global transformations and ERP implementations, worked with senior Human Resource and C-Suite executives to refine their change management and leadership alignment strategies and collaborated with Fortune 500 organizations to prepare and equip their own leaders to effectively manage and lead through organizational change.
In addition to her client work, Danielle serves as the Change Management Lead for the Strategic Change offering.
