Aaron joined Deloitte in 2007 with over 16 years of HR Transformation consulting and HR Outsourcing experience. Since joining Deloitte he has worked with Coca Cola Enterprises (CCE), Thomson Reuters (TR), UBS, Campbells and Pfizer. At TR we worked to design the new HR function required to support the new merged organizations, successfully delivering the new structure in time for Day 1 of the merger. At CCE we are engaged in delivering a new HR platform and new HR Structure, this includes the creation of 2 new Shared Service Centres and a new COE and Business Partner structure. Pfizer are undertaking a global HR project looking at delivery of services across business functions. We are supporting them during the design phase.
