Our services range from legal project management to packaged contract re-negotiation, and contract life-cycle management solutions to electronic compliance solutions and e-learning.
The blend of project management skills and legal expertise ensures effectiveness, efficiency and optimisation when implementing legal services.
Our project services often involve the secondment of an attorney to assist with the legal issues around the implementation of a particular project or to provide extra capacity during busy periods.
Examples of our current offerings are –
- Consumer Protection Act Solution – our CPACompliance solution entails a detailed technical analysis in terms of legislative requirement to identify any compliance items, the compilation of a risk report to advise on the risks attaching to the identified legislative compliance requirements and the impact on the functional area of the business on which the compliance item impacts and implementation of a programme to achieve compliance and to manage such compliance going forward;
- Contract Optimisation Projects – such projects are aimed at achieving cost savings through an analysis of contractual terms (both commercial and legal) and assessing the opportunity for re-negotiation/amendment of such contracts to better manage costs or ensure the incorporation of cost maximising contractual clauses. - Legal Project Management – since no project is free from legal regulations or legislative compliance requirements, including a project manager with legal skills, who can facilitate resolving legal issues and would also be in a position to identify such issues as a project progresses. Our staff have both project management skills and are admitted attorneys and it is this combination of skill that brings greater value to a project.
