Deloitte has developed an Employee Privacy Protection Solution (“EPPS”) to assist our clients in complying with the provisions of POPI in respect of employee information.
The entire 'EPPS' includes the following modules:
- Training and Awareness on Privacy Protection and the Bill.
- Employee Privacy Impact Analysis and Report.
- Employee Privacy Protection Framework and Guidelines
Clients may elect to implement the entire solution or specific modules depending on their needs and requirements.
