Integrated Reporting
Organisations operating in South Africa are encouraged to comply with generally accepted corporate governance standards, such as the King Report on Governance for South Africa 2009 (King III). Following the incorporation of King III into the Johannesburg Stock Exchange Listing Requirements, listed companies are required to comply with King III for financial years starting on or after 1 March 2010, or explain why they are not doing so.
