Cancellation terms and Conditions Apply:

  • 14 days before the date of commencement - 10% of the agreed fees.
  • 7 days before the date of commencement - 50% of the agreed fee.
  • Less than 7 days but more than 4 days before the date of commencement - 80% of the agreed fee
  • Less than 4 days before the date of commencement - 100% of the agreed fee
  • Deloitte reserves the right to substitute the facilitators and adjust the program to best suit the daily presentation thereof
  • Deloitte reserves the right to cancel/postpone the course due to insufficient numbers or any other logistical reason
