Once the strategy has been developed and approved, Deloitte can use a number of accelerated design processes to expedite the solution design and delivery:

The process is designed around participation of key decision makers supported by research and insights to make informed business decisions.
- To enable idea generation and innovation, Deloitte can assist clients with a private or public idea generation solution.
- In order to provide rapid design, prototyping and development, Deloitte can assist with a hack-a-thon where it is opened up to a community of trusted Deloitte developers.
