Investing in KwaZulu-Natal |
National Government has recently made a variety of funds available to unlock catalytic economic opportunities to stimulate growth and to create jobs. KwaZulu-Natal is determined to aggressively access such funds and the KZN Department of Economic Tourism and Development (DEDT) has appointed a specialist dedicated team from the Deloitte Durban office to package and conclude on such development projects and investment opportunities on behalf of the Province.
The team’s tasks include:
- Conducting an economic review of priority sectors.
- Developing an inventory of all funds available to KZN investors for the funding of economic projects
- Assisting project promoters with packaging catalytic projects for the Province, and with taking their projects through the fundraising process.
