Process and Additional Recruitment Services

The following 10-step process is followed when providing and placing contractors on site:

  1. Obtain the relevant requisite information by consulting with the relevant IM Programme Manager (Applications) or IM Programme Manager (Infrastructure), to discuss the inherent job requirements and determine their precise needs for the position.
  2. Source candidates from our in-house database, direct referrals and career sites.
  3. Review and screen all applications received.
  4. Respond to the applicants accordingly.
  5. Interview the shortlisted candidates.
  6. Present the shortlist to you.
  7. Administer all the relevant checks (credit, ID, criminal, qualifications and references).
  8. Coordinate and confirm client interviews.
  9. Obtain feedback from you, the client.
  10. Finalise the contract, ensuring all parties are satisfied.

In addition to this, FMR also provides:

  • Administering of contracts and payroll (this includes timesheet and leave management)
  • Conducting regular site visits to keep abreast of any areas of concern that may arise with either party during the course of the contract
  • Meeting the IM Programme Manager (Applications) or the IM Programme Manager (Infrastructure) on a regular basis to discuss performance of contractors and plan for any possible future requirements and needs
  • Billing and reporting on a monthly basis
