Deloitte Integrated Solutions places emphasis on building sustainable partnerships with Deloitte clients. This enables us to provide clients with customised and executable strategies and action plans. The IS team has offices in four regions in South Africa (namely Pretoria, East London, Cape Town and Durban). We also have an IS team in Botswana.
In essence IS has three core focus areas:
Municipal Solutions
IS partners with Local Government to achieve sustainable municipal turnaround and clean audit. Our value proposition includes the following key elements:
- We follow a true partnership approach, including the sharing of risk. By way of example, where our turnaround and clean audit model is implemented, we undertake to pay significant penalties if we fail to achieve at least a financially unqualified audit outcome.
- We focus on regional solutions across multiple municipalities to ensure economies of scale, sharing scarce resources and best practices via shared services and other regional solutions.
- We have an absolute focus on sustainability via skills and capacity building through our Municipal Academy.
- We offer a unique funding model, which in most cases can make the solution self-funded.
Education Solutions
IS brings world-class education solutions, on-the-ground experience, an impeccable track record of delivering success in the education sector, intimate knowledge of the institutional and sector challenges and proven tools and methodologies. Our market-leading team has developed a unique Education Enterprise Value Map, which provides a holistic map of the education universe and serves as an invaluable tool for the implementation of transformational education projects.
AgriSolutions
Our AgriSolutions team operates throughout Africa and is able to provide real-time, on-the-ground advice and solutions through a network of agricultural specialists, which include farmers, industrialists, manufacturers, marketers, agricultural economists and trainers. Solutions are tailored to address each African country’s specific challenges and are based on a clear understanding of both the industry and the relevant country’s strategic objectives.
