The DGA is a platform utilised to assist graduates with a smooth transition into the workplace. The platform takes the shape of an intensive 12 month learnership programme i.e. Business Consulting Programme.
We seek graduates to be trained as Business Consultants in various specialist areas of consulting such as Strategy, Innovations, Operations, Risk Management, Cost Engineering, Marketing, HR, Information Systems and Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Law & SAP HR technology.Graduates will gain theoretical knowledge around business consulting and specific areas of specialisation, as well as the relevant practical exposure required to apply this knowledge.
Successful incumbents will be remunerated for the duration of the programme and will be considered for full time employment on successful completion of the programme either within Deloitte itself or alternatively at one of our clients. Employment however is in no way guaranteed. Starting salary is R140,000 per annum, which will be reviewed after the programme.
Applicants are required to be South African citizens, prepared to travel, and unemployed or currently employed for less than 3 years. A completed (or currently completing final year) undergraduate qualification from a recognised academic institution is a prerequisite.
Individuals with the following qualifications will be regarded as suitable applicants:
- BCom (Finance, HRM, Industrial Psychology, IT with HRM as a major, Informatics, Logistics);
- BEngineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemcial, Electrical);
- BSocSc (Organisational Psychology, HRM);
- BBusSc (Organisational Psyhology);
- BSc (IT/IS, Computer Science, Electronics);
- BIS; and
- BTech (HRM / IT).
