We are the leading provider of asset securitisation and debt origination services to South African companies. We offer a comprehensive range of services ranging from auditing and taxation advice to ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate pricing. To date, we have provided the required regulatory compliance sign-off on almost all of South Africa's securitisation issues, be they large listed issues or smaller private placements.
In addition to our traditional role as auditor, we ensure regulatory compliance and conduct due diligence reviews of the asset pools being securitised. We also issue letters of comfort to the managers of the issue in relation to specified attributes of those assets.
We place particular emphasis on the pricing and structuring of the cash flows of each securitisation to ensure that they meet the diverse requirements of all the parties to the transaction.
