One-Deloitte offering

Deloitte has advised companies on how to drive their digital presence for internet, social media and mobile technologies, with a specific focus on their target market.

In these projects, we focused on the business drivers for the digital strategy and designed programs that addressed the external engagement with customers and collaboration of employees internally. We will enable our client to understand their clients in a different way.

It is a multi-disciplinary offering that would look at the business from all angles to ensure that the proposed digital media strategy would provide the required business efficiencies and intelligence. This would enable more relevant and strategic business decision making.

With these operating models in place, these businesses are able to leverage their internet platforms and measure the business results that are enabled through the various digital channels.

In order to develop the initial insights into the customer behaviour, Deloitte uses market analysis of social media platforms to determine the overall themes. This is complemented with a technology adoption view of the target market, by analysing the handsets that are used by the majority of the market. This provides a clear view of which projects should be prioritised over others and ensures effective return on investment.

The overall theme has been to bring the business closer to its target market and derive valuable client insights through data analytics and develop the brand loyalty in a scalable way. In the process Deloitte has been able to transform the hype out of social media into measurable results that businesses can use.
