Deloitte Women in Leadership (DWIL), in partnership with Talent & Transformation, has launched Maternity Transition Coaching (MTC) for female staff at manager level and above. The purpose of MTC is to support our female talent during their maternity journey and ensure that they achieve a sustainable career transition during this journey.

MTC will be run by Great Expectations, which is the first company in South Africa to offer this specialised coaching service.
